Hanna’s Soapworks is a hand crafted soap company based in El Dorado Hills, California. A rebranding was needed to evoke a fresh, feminine and whimsical brand.

Logo
Developed a new logotype for Hanna’s Soapworks that signifies the brand’s love of nature, florals and sense of whimsy. I used a typeface that hinted at art nouveau, which is a luxurious design style that is all about curves and organic florals.
Colors and Typography:
The set of cohesive floral illustrations created a garden party style with light blues, greens, pinks and bits of yellow. I liked that it is vibrant, eye-catching yet still soft. I was often inspired by vintage packaging, apothecaries and labels you’d find on glass jar.
Label Design:
Created simple labels that enhances the brand’s natural ingredients and is also easy to produce.
Branding Elements:
Designed unique branding elements, including floral patterns, that tell the story of the brand’s products. With a set of floral illustrations, there’s plenty of flexibility to design and create new patterns and variations.
